āIt feels like a safe container whenever I come here. I feel like I've gone back to base and I'm charging again. To leave every of these meetings with more charge, more energy, more sense of well-being and okay not to be okay, and okay to be upset and okay not to be perfect. All these things in one package, what else can I want?
I think I was at the verge of possibly not staying in medicine that long, but Recalibrating this journey of self-care has made me fall in love with medicine all over again, because now I love me and I love my patients equally.
I was more practising from fear of being imperfect. Now I practise from the vulnerablity of being human which is more me and I love it. Thank Sharee.Ā Ā Ā ā
