After coaching medical doctors for 13 years, Sharee Johnson is going to share what really works for healthcare professionals to be well, in the context of the daily delivery of healthcare.
This is a rare opportunity to be on retreat with a wellbeing expert who has devoted her career specifically to clinician wellbeing.
Sharee is Australia's pioneer doctor coach, specialist. She has been immersed in this work for the past 13 years, she wrote the book The Thriving Doctor and speaks regularly on the reasons clinician wellbeing is the foundation of all other healthcare KPIs.

- Respond more effectively even in the midst of the external chaos around you
- Stabilise yourself for performance, wellbeing and joy
- Use your head, heart and gut, in concert
- Reconnect to what really matters

Balgownie Estate
In 2020, in the grip of the Covid-19 pandemic, a terrible fire swept through the Yarra Valley Restaurant and Cellar Door (25th June). Today this beautiful venue at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges, in the Yarra Valley is the perfect accommodation choice for our first Women's Clinician Wellbeing Retreat. Balgownie has itself rejuvenated and expanded into a relaxing wellness space designed to help you reset, connect and feel your own heartbeat.
