Welcome to our lovely community! This is the perfect place for you to be, if you want to feel a sense of connection, and be inspired by others who are also on their journey toĀ enhancing their mental strength!
Participate in a few challenges, share some resources, connect with others, ask your questions, and access exclusive reminders and announcements!
There are a few sections in this community you can get familiar with.
Circles - each access group has a few circles. They are "topic discussions" and can range from asking general questions about a coaching session, a recalibrate schedule. Or an organize way of sharing specific resources such as podcasts, videos, inspiring images, etc.
Feed - are the latest posts by you (the members), sharing anything from your day to reflection. You can also use this to ask general questions.
Meetups - this is where you'll see any special scheduled calls or live sessions for Q&As or meditation! You'll be able to access previous recorded session too.
Challenges - just a fun way for you to stop, relax, and reflect. Challenges can happen on rare occasions, but another creative way for you to slow down on work, and be mindful of your own self. This can range from a 14-day meditation challenge, or a 7-day goal oriented challenge.
