Your name is not Anxious by Stephanie Dowrick is a more useful read for therapists than those in need of one in MHO. Written for people to give themselves self therapy, the writing is too complex for people deeply troubled by anxiety. A great read for helping professionals and perhaps those recovered from anxiety who are in a maintenance phase.

I continue to draw so much from Dominic O. Vachon's extraordinary book How Doctors Care and will be slowly reading and rereading for months to come.

Pip William's novel The Bookbinder of Jericho is a lovely follow on from The Dictionary of Lost Words. Set during the First World War this is a gorgeous story with likeable characters and lots of appreciation of books and words. Right up my alley!
