Susan Cain’s book Bittersweet is a meditation on suffering and joy coexisting. Her insight promotes equilibrium. This book is an important compass for those seeking equanimity.

Her work reminds us not that we understand happy because of sad, rather both are here. I recommend you watch, read and listen to her wisdom as much as you can.

Seeds Planted in Concrete by Bianca Sparacino is a collection of poems recommended to me and immediately captured my heart. I can't stop picking it up!

To read the words, to feel and to endlessly look at the cover!!

Limberlost by Robbie Arnott is a lovely novel about family relationships and resilience. Set during the Second World War in Tasmania - joy and devastation.

A Woman’s Guide to Navigating the Invisible Cancer Load written by Sally-Anne Kriel is a book to share with everyone.
